Policies

HPA has the right to cancel any class or event due to minimum enrollment not being reached, teacher cancellation, hotel/conference center mishaps or cancellation or personal reason. In cancellation of an event on behalf of HPA we will refund you the class but will not refund any other expenses (lodging, mileage, gas, personal expenses, etc.)

Registration fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment has been reached. In that event, a full refund will be given.

Rescheduling Policy

You may Reschedule one time only. If reschedule less than 10 business days,  student will pay the rescheduling fee of 50%.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to appear in class or day of class notice will result in forfeituree of the entire class and no refund will be given.
